# PixFrame Terms of Use

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to **PixFrame**! By downloading, installing, or using this app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this **User Agreement**. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, please do not use the app.

## 2. Service Description

- **PixFrame** is a photo-frame editing application that provides:  
  - Photo frame editing and beautification  
  - Multiple preset templates (Free & Premium)  
  - Custom template saving (limited in Free version, unlimited in Premium)  
  - Batch photo processing (limited quantity in Free version, more photos in Premium)  
  - Photo saving and sharing  
  - Premium-only templates and advanced features

## 3. Account & Subscription

- Basic features are free to use with certain limitations.  
- Premium features require a **PixFrame Pro** subscription.  
- Please refer to in-app descriptions for specific limits and membership benefits.  
- Two purchase options are offered: annual subscription or lifetime license.  
- Subscriptions are processed and billed by the **Apple App Store**.  
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.  
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your **Apple ID** settings.

## 4. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app;  
- Use the app for any illegal activities;  
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the app;  
- Upload content containing viruses or malicious code;  
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

## 5. Intellectual Property

- The app and all its contents (including but not limited to templates, icons, and text) are protected by copyright and international treaties.  
- Content you create with the app belongs to you.  
- You grant us the right to use your feedback and suggestions to improve the product without compensation.  
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without authorization.

## 6. Paid Services

- Two options: annual subscription and lifetime license.  
- Prices may vary by region; actual prices are shown in the App Store.  
- All fees are collected through the **Apple App Store**.  
- Refunds follow Apple’s standard policy.  
- We reserve the right to adjust prices, but existing subscriptions will not be affected.  
- The lifetime license is a one-time purchase with no renewal.

## 7. Privacy Protection

- We highly value your privacy; please review our **Privacy Policy** for details.  
- Your photos are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.  
- We do not share your personal information with third parties.  
- You can delete the app at any time to remove all local data.

## 8. Disclaimer

- The app is provided **“as is”** without any express or implied warranties.  
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.  
- You use the app at your own risk.  
- We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of the app.

## 9. Service Changes & Termination

- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.  
- In case of significant changes, we will notify users in advance.  
- You may stop using the app at any time.  
- Relevant provisions remain in effect upon termination.

## 10. Agreement Updates

- We may update this agreement from time to time.  
- Updated terms will be published within the app.  
- Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.  
- If you do not agree to the updates, please discontinue use of the app.
